The 10-day reset, guided step by step
Phase 1: Reduction days
You gradually reduce sugars and prepare your body with support from your coach and supplements.
Phase 2: Fasting days
For several days you’ll fast while doing light, guided training sessions. The official sportvasten supplement kit supports your body through this phase.
Phase 3: Build-up days
You slowly reintroduce food while your coach helps you find a rhythm you can maintain after the reset.
