De meeste sessies duren 60 minuten, maar we kunnen de duur aanpassen aan jullie werkdag of eventplanning.

Vaste programma’s kunnen we wekelijks, maandelijks of volledig op maat inplannen.We factureren per sessie of per programma, afhankelijk van de opzet.
