Personal coaching, not crowded studios
Pilates is about detail. The way you breathe, how you align, the control you bring to each movement. In a crowded class, those details get lost. At Health First Club, they don’t. Mat classes are capped at 10, and reformer at just 6. That means your coach has the time to guide you properly, adapt exercises, and make sure you feel supported throughout.
And because you’re in a training club, not just a studio, you can combine Pilates with strength training, yoga, or functional workouts: creating balance between calm and power.
Two ways to train, one goal:
better movement
Together, Mat and Reformer complement each other. Mat builds the foundation; Reformer adds depth and variety.
Mat Pilates: Mat Pilates is the foundation. You work with your own bodyweight to build core strength, improve posture, and move with more control. It’s simple, precise, and always adaptable: a practice that benefits beginners and experienced alike.
Reformer Pilates (available mid-October): Reformer Pilates takes those same principles onto the reformer machine. The resistance adds challenge and variety, helping you strengthen and lengthen muscles in new ways. With just six benches per class, the coaching stays personal. And with the reformer add-on, you can also train on your own, following guided video sessions whenever it suits you.
With the Basic membership, you get unlimited access to Pilates Mat. And with the Reformer add-on, you’ll get:
Practice with control.
Move with confidence.
