At Health First Club, we keep group trainings small so coaches can actually coach. With a maximum of 10 people, every session stays focused and personal. Whether it’s your first time stepping into a gym or your 500th class, you’ll feel seen and supported.
And because all our group sessions are included in every membership, you can join as often as you want. Mix strength with cross training, boxing with Pilates, or Cross-Hyrox with yoga. Whatever helps you feel your best, whenever you need it.

Our coaches aren’t just here to run through a routine. They watch how you move, correct when needed, and help you get the most out of every session. Even in a group, it still feels personal.

With max 10 people in the room, you’ll never feel like just another face in the crowd. Coaches notice how you move, guide your form, and adapt exercises when needed. You get real coaching, not just instructions shouted from the front.
Variety without limits
From yoga to cross training, boxing to Reformer Pilates, you can join as many classes as you like. Some people come twice a week, others almost daily. You’re free to mix and match as often as you want.
