Strength training in Eindhoven, guided every step

Learn how to lift safely, build lasting strength, and feel confident in the gym. Small groups, expert coaching, and sessions adapted to your level.

Small groups. Strong foundations.

Strength training shouldn’t feel intimidating. At Health First Club, classes are capped at 10 people, so your coach has time to guide your technique, correct your form, and adapt the training to your pace. You won’t just “go through the motions.” You’ll learn how to squat, deadlift, press, and move safely to build strength that carries into everyday life. Whether you’re new to lifting or already experienced, you’ll always train with structure, support, and personal attention.

What to expect in a Strength Training class?

Warm-up and mobility to prepare your body

Focus on key lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, or pulls

Technique coaching with corrections and adaptations

Accessory exercises to build stability and balance

A calm, structured environment with no waiting for equipment

Every membership includes unlimited strength training classes in Eindhoven, plus yoga, Pilates, Cross Training, and more.

Learn the lifts.
Keep the strength.

Strength Training is for:

Beginners who want to learn proper lifting technique in a safe, supportive setting

Anyone intimidated by big gym floors who wants personal guidance in a smaller group

Regular gym-goers who want to refine form and push progress

Members who want strength as a foundation for other training: from running to Cross-Hyrox

Adults of all ages looking to build muscle, bone strength, and confidence

Coaches who build strength the right way

Our strength coaches focus on more than the weight on the bar. They teach safe technique, smart progression, and adapt training to your body and goals.

The technique builds safety.
The consistency builds results.
