Small groups, more attention
Yoga should feel calm and personal, not crowded or rushed. At Health First Club, classes are capped at 10 people so your teacher can actually see you, guide your posture, and adapt the practice to your needs. And because yoga here is part of a broader training club, you don’t have to choose between strength or calm. Many members combine yoga with Pilates, Cross Training, or personal coaching: building a balance that keeps both body and mind strong.
Move with focus.
Leave with clarity.
Different practices, one purpose: balance
Yoga Flow
A fluent class where postures flow into one another. Sequences repeat so you can settle in, find rhythm, and build both strength and flexibility. The movement helps quiet the mind and bring relaxation, even as the body works.
Power Yoga
A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement. Expect a stronger, more powerful practice that builds stamina, flexibility, and awareness. Challenging but adaptable, for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Hatha Yoga
A classic form of yoga that balances body and mind through posture, breath, and alignment. Slower than Flow, steadier than Power, it’s a great practice for beginners or anyone wanting to deepen their foundation.
Yin Yoga
A meditative, slow-paced practice where postures are held for several minutes. This targets the fascia and connective tissue, improving joint mobility and flexibility. Deep stretching, stillness, and breathing create a sense of calm that lingers long after class.
Pregnancy Yoga
A gentle practice that supports both mind and body during pregnancy. Classes focus on hip mobility, breath, and relaxation. You’ll connect with yourself, your baby, and other expecting mothers in a calm, supportive environment. After class, we share tea and space to talk: a moment to connect beyond the mat.
