Personal training, together.

All the structure, focus, and results of one-on-one coaching shared with a friend, partner or colleague. Motivating, personal, and made to fit both of you

Progress feels easier when you're not doing it alone

Duo Training gives you personal coaching, guided by an expert (just like in 1-on-1) but you train with someone you trust beside you. It brings extra motivation, shared momentum, and a bit more fun into your routine. Your coach adapts the sessions to both of you, making sure each of you feels challenged, supported, and never lost in the crowd.

You want to get stronger together

You and your training partner want shared progress, accountability, and something to stick with.

You feel more motivated when you’re not alone

Big groups feel too busy. You want calm, focused training, but not alone.

You have different strengths, but train well together

You don’t need to match perfectly, just enough for the coach to guide you both in a shared session.

You want structure without pressure

This isn’t about keeping score (even if a good competition never hurts anyone!). It’s about feeling supported and enjoying the process. Together.

Could Duo Training work for you

Not sure if training together is a good fit? Here’s when training together tends to click.

Progress feels better when you're doing it together.

What training together actually looks like

Intake with your dedicated coach

You’ll come in for a relaxed intro session. We’ll talk about your goals, training history, and what kind of coaching would support both of you best.

1
A plan that fits you both

Your coach builds a shared plan, adjusted to suit your levels, strengths, and goals. So you’ll train side by side in a way that works.

2
Personal training sessions

Train together once, twice or three times a week. Each session is fully guided, so you stay consistent and challenged, without needing to figure it out yourselves.

3
Support beyond your sessions

Outside your duo sessions, you both have full access to the gym and group classes. So even if your schedules don’t always align, your progress can keep moving.

Coaches who coach people

Our coaches lead duo sessions with focus and care. They’re there to guide you both. Keeping things balanced, motivating, and personal. Whether you're training with a friend, partner, or colleague, you’ll each get what you need to move forward.

Still have questions? Let’s clear a few up.

  • Yes, as long as your goals, pace or mindset are somewhat aligned. Your coach will guide and adapt the session so both of you feel challenged without being overwhelmed. If it turns out a different setup would work better, we’ll help you figure that out.

  • We can often adapt the session to support both of you. If one of you needs more individual attention, like rehab or post-injury recovery, we may recommend starting with 1-on-1 coaching instead. We’ll discuss that honestly during your intake.

  • Not necessarily. It’s helpful, but one of you can come first, and we’ll talk through your goals and plans. If Duo seems like a good fit, we’ll invite your training partner to join the next step.

  • No, sessions are planned based on both your schedules. You can train once, twice, or three times a week. We’ll help you find a rhythm that works for both of you.

  • Yes. All Duo Training options include full access to the gym and group classes. So you can keep moving, even outside your shared sessions.

  • It can happen! But no worries, we’ll help adjust your plan, pause if needed, or transition to solo training.
