You want to stay strong and independent as you age

You’re simply ready to keep moving, with personal support
What to expect in senior personal training
Intake with your coach
We start with a conversation about your health, goals, and any limitations. Together we set a safe, realistic path forward.
A plan built around you
Your coach creates a training plan that supports daily life: strength for lifting groceries, balance for walking safely, mobility for ease of movement.
1-on-1 training sessions
Once or twice a week, you’ll train at your own pace, always under expert supervision. Every exercise is guided and adapted.
Support beyond the sessions
Between your coached sessions, you’ll have full access to the gym and classes like yoga or Pilates, which can support mobility and relaxation.
Stay active and strong.
Because independence feels good at any age.
Coaches who understand your needs
Our trainers understand the unique needs of seniors: from post-injury recovery to improving balance and mobility. They’ll keep every session safe, effective, and personal.
What our members say
“ The atmosphere at the gym is friendly and relaxed. The trainers are friendly and approachable. Every workout is personalized and tailored to our needs. We've been at this gym for many years. Thanks to the training, we feel fit and energetic, and still enjoy plenty of sports activities like running and cycling on our racing bikes and golfing. ''
