What working 1-on-1 with us actually looks like

Intake with your dedicated coach

Once you’ve joined, we start with a full intake: just you and your coach. No pressure. No judgment. We’ll talk through your goals, training history, injuries, and what’s been holding you back. This isn’t about impressing anyone. It’s about understanding where you are, so we can help you move forward.

Your tailored training plan

We build a custom plan around your body, schedule, and goals. Focused on form, strength, and smart progression. Not just burning calories. And we’ll adjust it as you go, so you keep progressing without burning out.

Personal training sessions

You’ll train with your coach at a pace that fits you: once, twice, or three times a week. Every session is fully guided. No guessing, no scrolling workouts. Just presence, precision, and progress.

Support beyond your sessions

Between your PT sessions, you’ll have full access to the gym and all group classes. Your coach tracks your progress over time and adapts your plan when needed. So you keep moving forward, without burning out.

  • The free intro session is a no-pressure, no-obligation meeting. You’ll visit the gym, ask questions, and see if personal training feels like a fit. We’ll talk about your goals and match you with the right coach.

     

    This doesn’t commit you to anything: it’s just a chance to explore the options and get a feel for the space. If you decide to join, your coach will guide a full intake where you’ll go deeper into your history, lifestyle, and needs. So your plan is built entirely around you.

  • That’s exactly what this is for. You don’t need to be “ready”. You just need to show up. We’ll guide the rest.

  • That depends on your goals, schedule, and what feels realistic right now. Some start with once a week, others train two or three times for faster progress. We’ll help you figure out what fits best.

  • Not at all. We offer flexible session packages and membership. You can start small and build from there. You’ll find all our options on our pricing page.

  • Yes, all personal training options include access to the gym and all group sessions.

During the free intro session, we’ll talk through what you’re looking for and recommend someone who’s the right fit. If you already have a preference (someone you’ve seen on our site or heard about) just let us know. We’ll always do our best to accommodate it.
