What 1-to-1 personal training looks like in practice
Initial assessment with your coach
Once you become a member, we start with a full assessment: just you and your coach. No pressure. No judgement. We talk through your goals, training history, injuries and what may have held you back in the past. This is not about proving anything. It is about understanding where you are now, so we can help you move forward.
1
Your personalised training plan
We build a personalised plan around your body, schedule and goals. With a focus on technique, strength and smart progression — not just burning calories. We adjust the plan as you progress, so you can keep improving without burning yourself out.
2
Personal training sessions
You train with your coach at a frequency that suits you: once, twice or three times per week. Every session is fully coached. No guesswork and no scrolling through workouts. Just focused training, precision and progress.
3
Support outside your sessions
Between your personal training sessions, you have full access to the gym and all regular group classes. Your coach tracks your progress over time and adjusts your plan whenever needed. That way, you can keep moving forward without burning yourself out.

The people behind your progress
All of our coaches bring experience, focus, and empathy. Some come from strength sports, others from rehab, pregnancy, or mindset coaching. But they’re all here to help you train with purpose, and feel supported every step of the way.

Still have questions? Let’s clear a few up.
The free consultation is a relaxed first meeting with no obligation. You can visit the club, discuss your goals and questions and find out whether 1-to-1 Personal Training feels right for you. We also look at which coach would be the best fit for the type of support you need.
If you decide to get started, you will then have a more detailed assessment with your coach where we look at your training background, lifestyle, goals and any areas that need extra attention. From there, we create your personalised training plan.
That is no problem. You do not need to become fitter or stronger before starting Personal Training. Your coach adapts the training to your current level and helps you build from there step by step.
That depends on your goals, schedule and how much coaching you would like. Some members train with a personal trainer once a week, while others train two or three times per week. During your consultation, we help you decide which frequency is realistic and best suited to your goals.
No. We offer different Personal Training memberships and packs, so you can choose an option that fits your situation. You can explore all options and prices on our rates page.
