Reformer is our most exclusive class format: only 6 benches per session, for maximum attention from your coach. It adds resistance and variety to Pilates, helping you strengthen, lengthen, and move with more control. At HFC, Reformer is offered as an add-on to your membership. That way, you don’t just get Pilates: you also keep the balance of strength training, yoga, and group classes that make your body stronger overall.
