Train like an athlete, feel seen like a member
Hyrox is one of the fastest-growing fitness events in the world. But training for it doesn’t have to mean huge classes or trying to figure it out on your own. At Health First Club, our Cross-Hyrox sessions are capped at 10 people, so your coach can actually coach. Every workout blends functional strength and endurance, tailored to your pace. Whether you’re new to Hyrox or aiming for a personal best, you’ll get the structure and guidance you need.
What to expect in a Cross-Hyrox class?
Workouts that combine running, strength, and functional exercises
Training adapted to all levels: from first-timers to seasoned competitors
Focused, one-hour sessions with a mix of intensity and recovery
Expert coaching to correct form and scale movements
A motivating group atmosphere that still feels personal
And like every other class at Health First Club, your membership includes unlimited access. So you can train for Hyrox as often as you want.
You come for the training.
You stay because it feels like home.
