At Health First Club, BBB isn’t about chasing trends or quick fixes. It’s about training the foundation of your body: your legs, glutes, and core. Muscles that keep you balanced, strong, and confident in daily life. Classes are capped at 10 people, so your coach can actually coach. They’ll guide your form, adapt the exercises, and make sure you’re progressing safely. It’s training that meets you where you are.  Whether you’re new to the gym or already active.

What to expect in a BBB class?

A full hour of functional training for legs, glutes, and core

A mix of bodyweight, strength, and stability work

A pace that is structured but never rushed

Personal coaching, with corrections and adaptations where you need them

A supportive group atmosphere: small enough that you always feel seen

And with every membership, you get unlimited BBB training in Eindhoven. Join once a week, or combine it with yoga, Pilates, or Cross Training as often as you like.

  • No. BBB classes are beginner-friendly. Your coach adapts the exercises so you can train safely at your level.

  • Mainly your legs, glutes, and core: muscles that support posture, balance, and everyday strength.

  • Maximum 10 people. That way, your coach can give real attention to everyone.

  • Not at all. We offer flexible session packages and membership. You can start small and build from there. You’ll find all our options on our pricing page.

  • No, it’s open to everyone. But many women enjoy the class because it builds strength and stability in a supportive way.
