Boxing and kickboxing classes in Eindhoven, with real coaching

Build strength, speed, and confidence in small groups where your coach teaches technique, guides every round, and keeps training safe and fun.

Smaller groups, sharper technique

At Health First Club, combat sports aren’t about throwing punches in a crowded gym. Our boxing and kickboxing classes are capped at 10 people, so every session feels structured and personal. Your coach focuses on technique, movement, and conditioning. You’ll learn how to punch, kick, and defend with proper form, while building stamina and strength along the way. Beginners get clear step-by-step guidance, while experienced athletes get the challenge they’re looking for.

Two styles to feel stronger and more confident

Both are dynamic, fun, and highly effective for conditioning. Many members practice both to get the best of each style.

Boxing

Boxing is a discipline focused on punches, footwork, and defense. You’ll work on speed, agility, and coordination while training your upper body and core.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing adds lower-body techniques: kicks, knees, and combinations, making it a more complete, full-body workout. It builds strength and power in both the upper and lower body, while still training stamina and coordination.

The drills sharpen your skills.
The sweat builds your stamina.
